Life is strange (ain't that a fact?!). It has a habit of throwing us curveballs when we least want or need them. The global coronavirus pandemic is one of those curveballs.
The UK lockdown is affecting everyone and all businesses in some way or another. But at the heart of our business is people.
That’s why we are taking measure to self-distance - the Jackson’s Celebrants team are working from home, staying in touch using online means.
We are relaxing our terms and conditions too. We don’t know what the future shape of wedding ceremonies and other major life celebrations will look like in the short and long term.
And that’s why when you pay the deposit to secure your ceremony date it is with confidence that should you need to cancel, you can have your money back (if the cancellation is because of the coronavirus situation). If you need to postpone and re-schedule your ceremony, we can do that too. We are being mindful that things may change and when they do, we will do our best by you.
We also now that the possibility of smaller celebrations and celebrations might be the order of the day. Keeping 2 metres apart is difficult at a wedding ceremony or any kind of celebration which is why we are currently looking at ways of broadcasting your wedding or event via our Facebook or Instagram pages.
But we want it to be right and of the best quality because your ceremony is important to you, your family and friends. And it’s important to us too.
We’ll keep you updated as and when things change. But in the meantime, please stay home.
Love and best wishes,
Gwyneth & Rhian
